Returns & Exchanges
We have a 15-day return policy, which means that you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at [email protected] or contac page. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned once they have been used, such as wheels, tyres or brake pads. Customised products (products where you have a choice of options and must order directly from the manufacturer). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
